Waited in a very long queue for a bus to return back to the car park, and then they couldn’t find our keys… but eventually all sorted! I would still use again!”
“Queues on return (collection) is not great but queuing on drop off is not a great start to a holiday. Really need to fix this.

Car park well sign posted and easy to find.
Well maintained and found a space quite quickly despite being peak school holidays.
Were about 10 families in front of us to drop keys off but waited only a few minutes, lots of staff around to assist with the self serve drop off points
We used the toilets which were very clean.
Had to wait about 15 mins for a bus as first one was full however a staff member managed the queue so was well organised.
On return (4am) we were lucky our bags were first off the the plane so we managed to get out of airport quickly with only a couple of people on the bus, was less than 2 minutes picking up keys.
Only down side Bristol airport
Seems to be the only one can’t use Tesco clubcard vouchers to pay for and a bit on pricy side.”
“Did not start well . The queue at 3.30 am was several hundred people ! We were very anxious about getting on a bus as queue was so long . We did get there fortunately.
However procedures on return we’re excellent so overall was a good experience”
