“On the morning we arrived it was raining very hard and very dark. Apparently, I parked in the wrong place. I don't see how. When we got back a fuss was made which made me feel as if I had done something wrong. However, I eventually got my car back. (it was exactly where I had parked it)”
“The self service check in was so nice and easy to use and there was assistance if required even at four o’clock in the morning. Return trip to retrieve the car was just as easy even though the bus was full plenty of reception staff on duty, so even though I was near the back of the queue I had my car keys in my hand within seven minutes. All in all my experience was excellent”
“Very efficient service at drop off and at pick up, plenty of staff there to return keys even though we were 1 hour late and it was 12-30 in the morning and there was a bus waiting at the airport. It should be emphasized more, to make a note or take a picture of the space the car was left in as there were lots of people having to back to their car to find the space number and it is a big car park.”
“Just simple. Park and drop your key off at the checking and get a green ticket. Got back from holiday handed over my green ticket was told where the car was as they move it closer to building so if you had a bit of a walk when arriving to jet off, it is moved closer for you when you arrive back from hol. brilliant”
