“Silver Zone has a well-organised and generally easy to use facility. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the collection on our return journey did not meet expectations. The vehicle was left in a blue badge space and booked as a blue badge holder on the automated checking-in system. The vehicle should therefore have been in a blue badge space on our return. Unfortunately, it had been moved to a space at the rear of the parking area, virtually the furthest point from reception.”

We had to fly home early due to a medical emergency at home. We contacted them to advise this, so our car would be ready on our return. However this message was not passed on, so our car was not ready & we had to wait unnecessarily, at a stressful time.”

“The quality and service from APH was just first class excellent price and customer services were spot on with help I needed to amend my booking
But the Silver Zone parking service was really not the greatest to be honest.
Check-in and leaving car was straight forward enough drop keys and head for coach transfer simply to do.
The problem is the transfer to and from the airport not enough coaches for the amount of people needed the service.
On return at 6am you would have thought that company might check the landing of flight times rather than just send one coach to transfer nearly half the flight to collect their cars very poor cramped and pushed into coach not the best really.”
