“Easy, quick and a cheaper option compared to onsite. Buses are supposed to be every 15min, trip back to Bristol we waited close to 30min, however was early on a Sunday morning.”

My second time so far this year and since becoming silver zone I have used this service at least once a year. My experiences have always been good.
Only 4 stars were awarded this time. Firstly improvement could be made on the collection point by applying signage requesting vehicle key holders only to enter.
I found the queue to be very long and slow because whole families (with their luggage) were entering the building which not only slowed the PAX from retrieving their keys but also slowed up the staff processing.
My second and only other issue is the guys pulling the vehicles out of the holiday parking to the collection bays need to improve their writing standards when marking up the key tags. Airport staff and myself spent over thirty minutes checking bays that could possibly have been the one that my car was in. It ended up being **CO but due to poor handwriting it was difficult to identify could have equally been **CG, **CL ??. The member of staff who assisted me in the search gave above and beyond service. Lets get 5 stars next time guys.”
