“Quite a quick check in and drop off. On our return the queue for the return bus was very long. Only 2 staff returning keys during collection so could have been quicker, especially after a long delay in the airport getting through immigration and baggage collection.”
“The problem we had was it was very congested in the area where you log in, everybody was trying to get to the signing in place with loads of suitcases in the way lots of people didn’t know where they had parked there car luckily I had photo of the bay and the number I’d left it in it was very confusing what you had to do. it needed a separate area for people to stand aside and not clogging up your way and better direction.More machine’s who knows. Maybe I just arrived when it was very busy. On collection it was a little bit better but overall I give 7 out of 10. Needs a little more work.”
“Check in was automated, fast and very efficient. Parking was a breeze. On arrival back at the car park, car keys were located and retrieved quickly. The only negative was the poor signage for the exit which was a little difficult to see at night. Altogether an excellent service and I will use again.”
