“1) On leaving the airport there was a very long queue waiting for the silver zone bus which when arrived filled up and we were not able to board. I don't understand at this point why the bus driver cannot call through for the need for another bus at the terminal so we did not have to wait another 15 minutes for a bus.
2) When returning to the car I was disappointed to find the driver seat had not been returned to its original position by the person who had moved it.
3)There was dirt marks on the passenger side internal fascia panel which were not there when we left it.
4) As we left the car park following the exit arrows we encountered an employee driving up the road towards us ie in the wrong direction which could have resulted in an accident.
Overall this was not a very good experience for the cost of the Silver Zone car parking.”
