“Easy to book, we used the self check for in, which was so simple, just drive in, park up in a numbered Bay, in the building input details of booking and Reg No. and Bay No. Attack Keys to tag and wait for Receipt. On return simple again, hand over receipt, keys given back and the location of the vehicle. Driver on bus to and from Terminal was friendly.”

Found Silver Zone,despite initially using Bus barrier instead of (Giant carwash looking) Scanner Entrance booked car in without further mishap.
On return(01.00 hrs) and presentation of Green ticket,went looking for car in original parking slot(40) which we had been advised to remember!
No car there.retrned to office to find vehicle now located in pickup bay.
Feel that that info.was not conveyed with any clarity by staff member who gave us our keys..
Simple error.not appreciated at 01.00 hrs in the rain.
Not a major disaster and probably a one off situation
