“We were very disappointed with out return pick up we where told the car was in cb 66 which didn't exist my husband returned to the office twice first time to be told the car is where stated second time they had to drive around the carpark looking for the car which ironically wasn't parked in said space that is really the last thing you need at 1am , we have used this carpark on numerous occasions and never had a problem before”
“First time we have used Bristol Airport. The car parking was good and bus transfers each way was also very good. The check in procedure with key was also straightforward. The only grumble we had was picking up key on return. My key fob sticker had P2 and a number which looked like 359. I asked the young man who gave us our key where I should go to find our car. He kept saying car park outside, car park outside. On going outside couldn't find anything to correspond with what was fob. Went back inside again and he was no help at all just said car park P. Assumed then that car park P and space what looked like 359. Another motorist came to our rescue and we eventually found it.”
“All went as expected with minimal delay but key collection involved a long, slow queue no doubt somewhat unavoidable but better guidance so whole family groups & their bulky trailed luggage did not line up would have speeded the process, with most of each group waiting elsewhere!”
