Good experience. Processed very quickly both inwards and outwards. Transfers very frequent, drivers controlling passenger numbers. Excellent.

Postcode provided takes one to airport not to silver zone. Not clear that APH uninvolved-cd see no APH signs as at other airports eg Gatwick. Staff inefficient and too few. Same on return. Car was not where I left it on return - no hint that this wd be the case. Livid about this!!!!! Why can’t it stay put?! What difference does moving it make? How DARE they without my permission?! What wd be the insurance situation if the driver messes up??! Given my car was then 200 yds away, a trolley wd have been useful. Stupid plastic tag which nobody wanted back despite being perfectly reusable! More landfill/recycling instead of REUSE!!! In short, deeply unimpressed and will avoid at all costs in future!! Wd NOT recommend unlike your set up at LGW…efficient, friendly and independent of LGW!!!!

Quick and easy to book in and to pick up our car on our return. Only negative was the postcode didn’t take us to the site.

We awaited so long to check in the car then the bus had brock down and the 3hours we left to get the car in then go to the airport and get though the check in made us so late we missed our flights. Having to wait till the following day for a new flight, play the fights and an overnight hotel near the airport cost us a further £500.00 pounds of our hard earned money. We foster so not funny having our year old put though this as well. I would not use the service ever again or Bristol airport. A total nightmare

All singing and dancing dropping our keys off in the automated system .....but when we got back to Bristol it was another thing completely. 2 guys dishing out the keys to several hundred passengers like they didn't have a care in the world. It was a cold but dry early morning about 1230 when we got to the key collection but took over an hour to get to our car... if your going to automate the system then do it, not half a job.lots and lots of very unhappy customers...
