“We found parking at Bristol Airport Silver Zone very easy. The only problem we had when we came back was the huge queue of people waiting to go to the Airport Silver Zone and I wondered whether there was more than 1 bus on. It took the bus to come and go three times before we were able to get on which is a long time.
When we received our keys we were confused by the numbers on the key and we were unsure of which number to look at to find our car. In the end, we had to ask a worker in a high viz jacket where we had to go.
So between waiting for the bus to be empty enough for us to get on it, and then trying to understand where your car is due to having various numbers on the key fob and paper.
We waited for the suitcases, then waited for the buses and then walked up and down looking for the car due to confusion. It all adds to the time trying to get home.
Apart from that it is extremely easy to use, much easier and quicker going in than getting out.
Having said all of that I will use it again in September.”
“Very efficient parking system. Buses run continuously between the airport and the car park which is around a mile away. Very fast service to both deposit keys and retrieve them on return. If you book sufficiently far in advance it is reasonably priced. also subject to offers if you sign up to their site.”
“Excellent service both on arrival and return, especially some useful advice on our chosen destination ( Portugal ), from one of your employees, all of whom were most helpful and efficient. Thankyou all, John & Lesley Rolls.”
“I would recommend however with a warning to disabled drivers. We had no problem parking our car in a disabled bay and going through the process of leaving our keys. I checked if I needed to leave my disabled badge in the window and was told it was not necessary but to use a blue key tag. However when we arrived back our car had been moved but not into a disabled space close to the terminal but in Row CM which might not seem far to a normal able-bodied person but for my husband and I both of us disabled trying to manage crutches and a walking stick, large suitcase and 2 items of hand luggage it was extremely distressing. There was no one around to assist us but luckily 2 other passengers could see us struggling and offered help. What started so well did not end well!
Why was my car not left in a suitable place for our return or at least someone around to assist with our luggage?
On a final note the driver of the terminal transport on our return was extremely helpful and assisted us to get our cases off the bus which we were very grateful for,”
