“Parked car with no problems, found a space relatively easy. Lots of machines inside to use to register arrival, and staff to help with any difficulties. Given a receipt and advised to photograph it so even if you loose it, you can retrieve your car easily. In our return we quickly had our keys back with a fob telling us bay number our car was now in. Staff slso directed us.”
“A long queue snaking around the building to check in our keys is not acceptable - for the price charged for parking you should have more staff on duty or ensure all the automated check in's are working.”
“Going long queue to use automatic machines that are complicated to operate- help is on hand but the time taken even with help is too long. Return queues also long when waiting for service. Staff are very good.”
