“There have been big changes at the Silver Zone with the check-in system being automated and easy key drop. The only negative comment I would make is not about Silver Zone, but the general public who were pushing like herds of cattle to get on the bus when collected from the airport, with no respect for the elderly (not myself). First class service. Would recommend. Thank you.”
“Always book to use the silver zone parking when traveling from Bristol. Easy to get to, well signposted and conveniently placed for the airport. When we recently used it, there was a huge queue outside the main building, but staff on hand got customers through and checked in really quickly. Regular and quick bus transfers to the airport. On return journey, bus stop was well signposted and again buses were regular and quick. Plenty of staff on hand to give out keys for returning travellers. Always a smooth process and friendly staff. Would always recommend the silver zone.”
“Had to drive around for 20 minutes waiting for a space, then queued for at least 30 min to drop keys off then 15 mins for a bus and this is not peak season. Had to run for the plane first time ever.i will never use this service again”
