My only point for consideration as that your driver failed to return my car seat to its original position after moving the vehicle while he also altered some of the cars settings. This was most frustrating when we returned and I had to adjust a few things before setting off.”

Two very minor points worth mentioning a) booking online was not easy
b) Trying to inform you by phone was very difficult , I wanted to pass information
that i was arriving a day later than I had booked .”
