“Our EasyJet flight was cancelled after a 4hr delay, so we didn’t get to park here very long this time!
Great service as we phoned ahead to say we were on our way back and the car was waiting right out front. The staff were fantastic and thanked us for giving them the heads-up that we were on our way back already.
Lesson learned to book directly rather than via Tui’s Holiday Extras link though - I paid extra for no-fly cover but, because I phoned Monday morning rather than Sunday afternoon, I was unable to claim.
Will use Silver parking again though. In fact, I’m about to book directly for our next holiday.”
“Wasn’t happy about my car being moved. We parked in 002 and collected it from row CE. It was far away from where I collected my keys. I felt this was not necessary especially as we found the walk difficult.”
