“Was wary of doing self service, however very easy to check keys in. Used service twice in the month and had no issues. Very efficient on collection also. No waiting time.”
“Difficult to find a parking spot to drop the car off with around 20 minutes circling the car park before one became free. Needs much more management of the queuing system on return to Bristol. Lengthy queue with people pushing in ahead. Bus frequency was not good either with a waiting time of around 40 minutes in the rain with limited cover. When a bus did arrive, we were rammed in shoulder to shoulder and it did not feel particularly safe as the driver swung around the roundabouts and bends meaning it was difficult to stay upright and not bash into other people. The idea is good and once back at base it is slick but needs better management of the whole process.”
