“Easy booking online, confirmation was immediate of our booking with dates and times agreed. All relevant direction booking reference was on received documents. On arrival we went through the automated booking section and key was deposited. Received green confirmation ticket (keep it safe) of car left, got on shuttle bus and was able to relax. The staff were very professional and helpful throughout the process, it was nice knowing your car was going to be parked in a secure area a couple of minutes from the airport. On return the collection process was so easy, from getting on the bus to being on the road home took less than 15 minutes. I’m sure it may take a little longer if it’s busy, but I will certainly use this service again, 5 stars from me and my family

“Great service. Easy to find. Parking up and key deposit was smooth. Staff were helpful. On return the service was quick. Bus was every 5mins or so. Only issue we had was that somehow my daughters water bottle got broken. How that could have happened is strange as it was on the back seat.”
“Quick and easy from booking to parking the car! Once inside it’s a self service facility and it’s easy enough to use. Print your label, grab a tag, attach tag and label to keys and then in the drop off slot. Getting the keys back easy enough too. However what I recommend to everyone is take a picture of your green receipts so that you have evidence of your parking in case you loose the receipt.”
