“Couldn't understand why I had to leave my keys unless it could have been for an emergency, then on picking up my car, after queuing to get pick up luggage then queue to get on bus transfer then long queue to pick up keys we were all fed up, then, to find out ot wasn't where we kept it !! Why? Found a guy with uniform who said they get moved off site I was angry, as this not obvious when booking”
