“Perfect service. Easy to use app. Arrived, parked the car, simple entry to give in keys. On return, after picking up our keys. Our car had been moved closer, really good when you have suitcases. The shuttle buses were amazing. Parked right outside the door of departure and waiting for us in our return journey. Thoroughly recommend, will definitely use this service again”

“I have never had a worse experience. I arrived at the airport at 4.30am in the dark to see a large notice saying Silver Zone Shut for redevelopment. I drove around searching for someone to ask. Eventually I had to park in the short stay so that I could check in for my flight. I had paid for parking and had to pay a huge amount more. I am 75 and on a pension. I was worried throughout my holiday and arrived home with shingles. It is a disgrace.”
