However, my keys were handed back to me with the label stating my car was in bay CM19 but when I arrived there, it was not my car.
After much searching, I thought to open and vlode my car with the keys to see if I could locate it as it was dark and that was how I found my car. IN BAY CP19!
I was fortunate that it was dark and that I am fully mobile but this may not have been so easy for a less mobile or elderly person.
I did go back into the office to tell them the error and for them to sort out who’s car is indeed in bay CM19, as it was not mine as stated.”
