“Firstly to say this site is “on the airport” is very misleading. The bus takes you out of the airport and quite some distance- this claim is purely because the site is bordering the far side of the run way but it is nowhere near the airport buildings. It wasn’t clear to me in the booking that this is the type of place you have to drop of your keys and then your car is moved which is a bit of a shock when I arrived. The check in process was fully automated and when I asked the staff for help they were reluctant to help even though I was the only customer there! Now in contrast the pick up process is as atrocious!! The queues for the bus were so massive they clearly aren’t handling the capacity. We waited approx 25 mins with small children in the cold and rain for a bus, and then when we got to the car park a further 20 mins in a queue to get my keys. My car had been parked in a new overflow with unmarked bays so was very difficult to find (again, walking alone with small children and heavy luggage). The whole process of getting my car back took over an hour!! My brother who set off at the same time and used the much cheaper oakwood parking had been on the moterway half an hour before we got to our car!! Awful service and at this price I would never use again”
“Everything went smoothly from the time of booking to arrival and ultimate departure. Staff on hand at the key drop off point were eager to help. We had a slight issue whilst exiting, as the barrier would not rise, but this was quickly dealt with.”

“I haven't used this Silver Zone service for a while but it is so easy now. Book it all on line, drive through, get photographed, use the machine to drop off your keys and get a ticket. Hop on the bus get to the airport. Reverse the process, its just as easy. The staff dealt well with the crowd from the plane and keys were quickly dispensed. I'll use this service again for sure.”
