“ARRIVAL AND CHECKING IN WAS EXCELLENT, HAD HELP FROM A MEMBER OF STAFF DUE TO USING A DISABLED BAY, SO NOW KNOW WHAT TO DO IN THE FUTURE.QUICK DROP OFF TO AIRPORT. UNFORTUNTELY OUR RETURN WAS NOT SO GOOD, THE QUEUE WAS MOST OF THE LENGTH OF OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT, PEOPLE RUNNING TO GET TO THE FRONT, (THEY DIDNT REALISE HOW LONG THE QUEUE WAS!) YES THE BUSES CAME QUITE QUICKLY BUT HAVING A PARTIALLY DISABLED HUSBAND, TRYING TO GET THE LUGGAGE ON, KEEPING HIM UPRIGHT AND GETING OFF WAS QUITE SCARY WITH SO MANY PEOPLE JAMMED ON THESE BUSES!! WE APPRECIATE THAT MANY FLIGHTS LAND AT THE SAME TIME BUT WITH THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE AND RAIN!!! IT WAS NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE. CHECKING BACK IN, ALTHOUGH WE HAD TO QUEUE OUTSIDE WAS FAIRLY STRAIGHT FORWARD, ALTHOUGH WE DID NOTICE THAT SOME FAMILIES/GROUPS HAD ALL GONE INTO THE COLLECTION AREA AND THEN FURTHER UP IN THE QUEUE A NOTICE SAID ONLY 1 PERSON TO PICK UP KEYS!!! THESE POEOPLE THEN TRIED TO GET OUT OF THE QUEUE. WITH THAT ALL SAID WE STILL FEEL THAT SILVER ZONE IS GREATLY IMPROVED.THANKYOU”
“Long queue to check in keys on departure. On return a very long queue to get bus back (luckily wasn't raining as no shelters). They tried to fill these as much as possible by asking people to move luggage into aisles / seats which just caused chaos and delayed things. Never had to queue so much with any other airport parking.”
