“Parking arrangements ok though key drop off was complex when accompanied by young children. We were really disappointed with the length of time the bus link took - despite being busy with passengers it took a long time to depart and was then held up on its short journey. This left us with reduced time for security etc and caused considerable stress as we ended up being close to missing our flight.”
“Instructions a little confusing when entering but it all worked out in the end.The member of staff on the desk was kind and helpful in dealing with our confusion and our vehicle was booked in and our ticket for collection was given.This was at about 5pm on April 5th”
“The car park itself was well organised, and the bus driver lady kindly arranged an EV to take us to the Hampton hotel, and to the airport in the morning as my wife has recently had spinal surgery and has difficulty walking... but why on earth give the Hampton hotel postcode for the Car park?? We ended up at night in the dark trying to find it, having been given the Hampton postcode for the Silver Zone... and ended up with a £100 fine for stopping to ask a guy where the car park actually was.... so pretty annoyed about that!”
