“Booking was very easy and emailed all information. Unfortunately the guy who booked us in did not understand the way bookings worked and after telling me I had 24 hours grace to collect my car changed my booking to 23.59 on the day of my arrival back from holiday without telling me. Having already been delayed 4 hours on flight and waiting 2 hours for our luggage to find out my car was not available was very disappointing. We had to wait an hour for my car to be found and bought round”
“The new automatic check-in facility does not cater for disabled drivers. Also when returning to collect one's car it is not put in a disabled bay and is put at the farthest end of the park. If there was human contact with someone when checking in a vehicle this type of problem could easily be avoided.
The new auto check-in discriminates against disabled drivers.”
“The site was so busy I had to use the staff car park, miles away from the check in office. On return my car was not ready at the office so I had to treck back to the staff car park. I haver used APH a few times but never just after a pandemic so all my moans are forgiven.”
“Excellent service as usual from Silver Zone, short queue on arrival with our car and had a bit of banter with the person on reception. Smooth journey to the airport. Managed to get straight on a bus on our return which is what you want after a long flight and there were plenty of staff helping when we collected our keys. We always use this service and definitely will again.”
