“In July 2022 we booked a holiday to Cyprus but unfortunately, we caught covid so we could not travel. Our airline was kind enough to reschedule our flights but Bristol airport was not so considerate.
If you book Parking at the Airport, in their Terms and Conditions it says one minute past midnight 24 hours before your flight you may cancel and have a full refund. However, if you book within that 24 hours you are not eligible for a refund. We booked last minute and had a short window of 4 hours to cancel. When we caught Covid, the following day, we had already passed the deadline - there was no warning from their website regarding booking late and having no opportunity to cancel. We consider this as theft by the company. We had covid we could not travel due to being very sick but there was no compassion or understanding of this. There was no warning before we paid to warn us if you book before 24 hours you will forfeit your money!! I will make it my passion for the next year to warn people on all media sites about this. Already I have received hundreds of "thank yous"”
