“Was quiet when I dropped the car off which was good. The bus service is okay but you can wait 15 minutes or more for the transfer. Coming back buses were busy and the line for the key collections was slow which meant one of us had to wait outside in the cold with luggage.”
“Overcrowded transfer buses, no space to store cases, so left standing in the aisle whilst the bus is driven too fast along route to airport. Not enough transfer buses, so queues ridiculously long! Poor service.”
