“Always helpful staff - despite the new, customer-unfriendly machines that we are expected to use to manage our booking-in.
The staff are obviously obliged to ask us to use the machines, which I am unable to do, before they come outside their admin area and "show me" how to operate the machinery ( which means they do it for me).
When they have no other customers, it would be useful for the staff to be able to do the transaction from their side of the counter, instead of going through the process of demonstrating the process to me.
I will not do the process for myself as my hands do not operate touch screens correctly.
Obliging the staff to demonstrate the process to me, each time, is a waste of their effort, caused by the intransigence of admin management's IT organisation.
May I suggest you allow the staff to operate the booking from their side of the counter?

“Really fast drop off and collection even though used by the masses. Electronic drop off was easy to follow someone on hand all the time if unsure. Collection very quick, make sure you keep your green receipt. By far the cheapest option for us and to be fair was a little worried after seeing some negative reviews but our experience was a good one. Follow the instructions and you can't go wrong.... make sure you make a note of the bay you originally park too.... saves having to go back and look.”

“Had a really good experience- both arriving and departing Fast and efficient.Two points the automatic check in needs a couple of prompts IE when the flight options (which flight) there is no prompt for you to choose which flight. Secondly we witnessed the rudest and most horrible people abusing staff because they had lost their ticket receipt and the staff quite rightly said they could not just hand over the keys without identity- the staff were patient and polite they deserved a medal .”
