“Arrival and drop off worked very well.
On return unfortunately there was a delay collecting keys mainly due to there being only one person at desk. A second did eventually turn up.
Also bus stop returning from terminal needs to have some cover. Of it rains you will get soaked waiting for bus.”
“Thanks to the utter disorganisation of the silver zone I missed my flight!
I was met with huge congestion to park my car, let alone the masses of people I then witnessed congregating around the building. There was no organisation as to where the queue began or finished. When I asked a member of staff I was told she did not know! I use queue in the broadest sense of the term, as while we were waiting people were joining from anywhere with no staff in sight to manage this. I was still stood waiting at the zone when my flight took off 2 hours later without me!
Would not recommend and will never be using again!”
“Excellent service. Plenty of room. Bus arrived quickly to shuttle us across. Easy system drop off keys. Arrival - easy bus waiting , picked up keys and car moved to a closer area to leave. Will be using again. THANKYOU”
