Drop off easy , although it would be useful to have a reminder to note your parking space before you get to the check in.
More frequent shuttle buses would make this a more attractive option though.
Overall a good experience and we will use silverzone at Bristol again.”
“All went smoothly, though I wonder why you can't just find a parking space and return to the same spot on your return from holiday, rather than park in one spot and have the car moved to a completely different bay.”
“It's pretty good if you know what your getting. Key drop off is pretty quick and there are helpers if you havnt done it before. West our ticket on way back but gave our ref details etc and got key pretty easy.
Obvs you have to get on bus to get back Forth to airport which is not comfortable but it takes 10 min if that so not bad.”
“When returning from a trip to mallorca we were kept waiting at the airport for the transfer bus back to the parking zone, when the bus eventually arrived there were four of them and we jammed into the first bus with very little room to move with our bags and not having a seat!!
When we eventually arrived at the parking zone a second bus was behind us less than half full, herded like cattle springs to mind, but what really annoys me the drivers didn't give a damn. I am 71 years of age and thought I might be treated with a little more dignity and respect!!”
