“The park your car, key drop off and pick up system works well. The shuttle bus to the airport is good as people arrive at various times so any given bus isn't too full. However, the shuttle bus FROM the airport was packed and followed a very long queue outside the terminal for the bus (which to be fair proceeded reasonably quickly). Luckily the ride is short but another bus running at peak times to make things more comfortable for passengers would be good.”
“Turned up early. Straight in with no trouble. Upon my return from holiday, the bus was waiting, straight over too the car park and into reception. After a 2 min queue, keys collected and on our way home in 5 mins. No trouble what so ever. Highly recommended.”
