“Easy to find and efficient drop off process. Account for a 10-15 min wait like we did to wait for the transfer bus which is then another 10 mins to the airport. It drops you outside the terminal and collects you from outside the terminal. Easy pick up of car keys on return. Will definitely use again”
“Dropping off was so easy and stress free.
Picking up the car was a different matter.
Long queues and only one person to give out the keys.
When we got ours they did not know which area they had left it in so told us to sit outside and wait until they could find the car!!
Meanwhile my son had found the car and so O asked for the keys as we had found it! The lady just said “oh, I don’t know’ and just carried on serving other people!
We eventually got the keys back but not impressed with customer service”
“My experience was marred by the long (> 30 minutes) queues to check-in at 4.00am on 20/08/24 and then followed by further long queues for a shuttle bus to the terminal building, taking another 25 minutes. Luckily, I deliberately went early for my 7.05am flight, based on advice from my daughter who had experienced similar delays at the silver zone in 2021. Those delays contributed to her and her family missing their early morning flight. So clearly there is no improvement in service time, despite the requirement that you have to advise an expected arrival time.”
