“we have always paid to park at Bristol Airport believing safe and easy parking warranted the higher price.However, on arrival at the silver zone we found the check in, despite allocating plenty of time,particular stressful.
we were faced with long queues snaking into the outside car park. Because of the bottle neck situation It was a good 45 miniutes of chaos before we even boarded the shuttle bus.
On top of this whilst on holiday i received notification on my phone app that all my windows were left down and the car was not parked safely. This must have occured when the car park attendant moved the car to the designated outside airport parking area. As the weather was continuous rain since we left i was very worried what the state of my car would be on my return. Trying to contact the car park was very difficult and eventually only able to do so by ringing Bristol Airport help desk.
i was then assured a car park attendant had been to check my car and the windows were not left down and the car was parked safely. Miracously the app confirmed this so im pretty sure up to this stage my concerns were valid.
Therefore i will not be using this overpriced car park again.”
“Did not like the self service when parking the car. Much prefer Manchester Airport and found the staff at Manchester much more helpful and friendly. Always ready to help with luggage when boarding bus to and from airport. Which we found wasn't the case at Bristol.”
“No problem with service etc but when I returned to my car the steering wheel position had been altered completely, as well as seat height, recline position and distance from foot controls. I can understand if someone needs to move seat forward/back but surely the steering wheel doesn’t need to be altered to move the car a short distance.”
