“What a shambles! Last Saturday arrived at about 3.15pm no buses available the queue was very long. When we got to the reception to pick up the keys it looked like the building had been evacuated there were people everywhere. The queue was unbelievable it stretched out the door to the road. The only blessing was that it was not raining or we would have all been drowned!!! There were only two or three ladies dishing out keys in a slow and inefficient way. When I eventually got my car the seat had been moved, the radio tuning had been altered and the sat nav no longer works. Why would one of your drivers need to even touch my sat nav? Did they take the car home for the weekend? If I have to go to a garage to get it fixed i'll be sending you the bill. It took almost as long th retrieve my car as it did to fly home from Tenerife! Then on my way out one of your drivers almost collided with me as he completely cut a corner on a junction. I have been using Silver Zone for many years often many times a year, check on your comuter, and this wasw my worst ever experience!!!”
