“Catching the guest flight out in the morning we expected the parking to be quiet. It was, however, busy but the staff had it sorted and were eye in, parked, keys dropped off, and on the transfer bus within 20 minutes.
Collection was also very quick and easy.
I would definitely recommend this parking.”
“Drop off was ok, but on return, collected my keys, walked for about 10 minutes in the rain to where my car was supposed to be parked, and it wasn't my car in the bay!!!!!
Walked all the way back, to be told 'well it should be'!!
Waited approximately 30 minutes, asked twice if they had found my car, told in hand , finally got my keys and another 15 minutes walk back to the car.
No real apology.”
“A very efficient way of parking close to Bristol airport. You just park your car in a numbered space and then fill in a form, attach a tag and drop your key into a box. There are toilets in the waiting area which are handy. Buses to and from airport are frequent and didn't have to wait at all either way.
Return is just as easy, hand in your receipt, get your key back and find your car in its new numbered space, All feels very organised and secure.”
