“Smooth process, plenty of parking spaces, 10 min walk to terminal, will use again as it is cheaper than Car park 2 which is only 5 mins nearer to the terminal.”
“The process was very smooth except that the information on the confirmation email said that a ticket would be issued and needed for departure from the car park. In fact the car park is now ticketless, depending on number plate recognition. It would be good to update the information you send out.”
