“Found Carpark 5 entrance with no problem at all. But would suggest a re-tarmac as it was a bit of a nightmare pushing cases over the broken tarmac.But all in all very good and Exit was a doddle to.”
“Easy parking and pick up as my partner was disabled.On return from holiday easy access to bus and drop off was perfect.Car went to gate and it opened.Was worried about that.So easy entry and exit.Will use again”
“It would have really helped if the bus driver ANNOUNCED which car park & bus stop we were at on our return journey. The bus was labelled 4 & 5……..but she didnt tell us we were going to 5 first…….”
“entry and exit easy from pre-paid parking recognising registration, it's an an easy walk but it is a bit of a walk. My only issue is that you do not get confirmation on entering car park that it has recognised the car as pre booked and therefore in the right car park. You don't really know until you drive out without any issues. If you have booked a hotel and parking deal, the hotel (ibis) did not have our booking, so bring proof of booking.. we were not the only ones and the person checking us in was very polite and helpful and no issue getting a room.”
“We usually fly from Bristol but for this holiday we had to fly from Birmingham so needed parking and decided on a package deal of Airport Parking and Hotel and we were absolutely delighted with the car park as it’s only a short walk to & from the terminal & hotels and loved the fact you car was exactly where you left it on return unlike Bristol.
There is a shuttle bus but we didn’t bother with it as it was only a short walk. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Carpark 5 again.”
