“Sure, I'll write a review. I gave the web site my arrival/departure times and got a price. The ANPR didn't work properly, so I was stuck behind other vehicles as they spoke to customer service. My ANPR then didn't work, so I had to call customer service with the little button. To be fair the response was reasonably fast, but by the time my number plate was accepted, I was 13 minutes over the time and had to pay an additional 7.50. Not the best experience.”
“The car park 5 was easy to find and easy to use with ANPR on entry however on leaving at the end of our stay the number plate was not recognised and I had to contact the office via the buzzer which took some time to answer leaving me standing out in the cold and rain until the barrier was opened after giving the details of my booking”
“A very large open air carpark. Between the time I booked it and my arrival the carpark changed to ticketless. I was not contacted by APH and the instructions I was given did not apply. It is all done by ANPR now. I emailed to let them know and was told to go to barrier on way out and press buzzer if the barrier did not open. All was fine. Communication from APH could of been better.”
“The car park is just a short walk from the terminal and is easy to find. We had to change our car reg day before and APH did it for us without any issues. Nice relaxing start to our holiday”
