“No transfer on arrival at night in the dark ; I had to download Uber App, pay for taxi, get myself (solo female traveller) and luggage to a place where the Uber could pick me up. When I booked I used the flight date on my ticket not realising that my arrival was early morning the following day and was charged £53.00 excess. Not happy.”
