“Booking was easy. Entry and exit worked as expected with ANPR detecting booking from number plate. We ended up walking to and from the terminal which is an OK walk and is a covered walk way from near to the entrance barriers. On the way back we did go to get the transfer bus but after a couple of mins decided to walk it and managed that quicker than waiting as a transfer bus had not got to the car park by the time we had walked it a driven out. The ability to walk it is one of the reasons we have picked Car Park 5 for our last few flights.”
“Convenient for the terminal, walkable in good weather and good shuttle bus if needed. The delay in the barrier raising when leaving was disconcerting as number plate recognition computers ought to be quicker!”
“Everything went smoothly with no fuss. We arrived and the barrier opened automatically, lots of free spaces to park. A 10 minute walk to the hotel.
On our return again a short walk from the terminal to the car park and once aagin our car was recognised on leaving so the barrier just opened and we drove home.
Exactly as advertised.”
“Easy to find, plenty of spaces, short walk to terminal some of which is under cover. The instructions said take a ticket but this car park is now ticketless. On return just drive straight to exit barrier. All worked well. Will use again.”
“Have used this car park a few times and never had an issue but upon arrival back to the car we had to pay more money to get out of the car park but we had paid for this already. Not good really when you have prepaid.”
“Fast and effective way to park. 5min walk to terminal. Buses are are regular but we always seem to walk it. We missed it as we were unloading cases but didn't mind the walk. The only bad issue is the price hike over the last few years .”
