“Internal signage is very poor. New users will find it very hard to navigate around the car park; there is a real collision risk.
Finding the pedestrian exits and the lifts from your parking spot a real problem.
Such a shame as the location is excellent and costs are reasonable.”
“Very good facility. Close to the airport terminal. Very well placed and convenient. Two small suggestions for improvement.
1.Signage directions to entrance could be more obvious
2. The written instructions provided by APH mentioned receiving a ticket on entry. This was incorrect. No tickets issued. All via ANPR. The car park employee in portacabin was very helpful and gave reassurance when asked. Maybe APH needs to amend written info sent out with booking
