The only confusing thing was that on the written email it said to take a ticket from the ticket machine, but upon driving up to the barrier to read ‘a ticketless machine’ I had to telephone the contact number to check whether we needed a ticket or not?! The gentleman explained that we didn’t need a ticket and the instructions needed rewriting.”
