“Clean and tidy multi-storey car park, a few steps away from the Birmingham on-airport hotel we stayed the night before we flew. Ticketless entry/exit system. The sensors didn't recognise our number plate (because it is personalised?), but had problem-free entry/exit by pressing a button and speaking to assistant. Good experience.”
“Excellent, booked 4 days before travelling. Arrived at the barrier, ANPR identified my car and the barrier raised. Parked the car, had no problem locating a space, and went to the airport terminal. Returned to my car one week later, drove to the barrier and ANPR recognised the car and allowed us to leave.
