“On the return journey from the airport APH sent a minibus rather than the usual normal-size bus to collect the passengers. There were 2 flights in at this time due to a flight delayed from the previous day and it was free for all to try and get on the minibus. People were pushing in. The driver telephoned for a second minibus to collect us which would be a further 30 minutes wait. We were unsure if any additional flights were also due to arrive so we decided to use a taxi to return to the car park. The attendant was highly unhelpful and refused to refund the cost of the taxi. We used APH all the time for transfers on our annual holiday but if you can't refund £13.00 then you will lose our business for the next 20 years of holidays. Very poor to send such a small vehicle for collection at 1:00am in the morning , when we are tired from a long days travelling. Shall use an alternative company going forward.”
“First time using Airparks at Birmingham. Very efficiently run. Helpful staff from the gentleman in the office when we arrived to drop our car off to the gentleman on the transfer bus to airport who kindly helped us with our luggage. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and I'm positive we will be using Airarks again in the future. Thank you.”
“The system had changed this time in that they parked the car for you. The problem is that customers are not allowed into the huts so we had to stand in a queue, in the rain, whilst our keys were fetched. Not a great system.”
