“The key drop off is so easy, just a short drive to the airport. Unfortunately the queue at the bus stop on return was quite long and not everyone could fit on the first bus. When the next bus arrived my wife and I are slightly disabled and were the last in the queue we thought we wouldn't be able to get on, however the driver moved everyone up the bus and we managed to squeeze on. Instead of having to wait for another bus.”
“Everything fine until return. Several “air parks” buses arrived people trying to get on and turned away wrong bus!!!! Eventually correct bus arrived mad scramble to get aboard some inconsiderate people grabbed seats without placing backs in racks provided blocking access. Driver tried to rectify with little success. Would recommend at busy times extra bus or quicker turn round. Otherwise fine.”
