“Only one attendant on arrival who was addressing customers out of order. Not her fault but caused unnecessary angst and confusion. Return was similar but generally very good service.”
“Staff at airpark as well as bus drivers very friendly and helpful. Only waited 10 minutes for the bus to the airport. On our return, had to wait 20 minutes in a bus shelter at the airport which was open to the weather. When we arrived back to Birmingham it was cold and wet, which made waiting for the bus very uncomfortable.
Overall very happy with the service.
