“Very good service. I arrived 20 mins earlier than expected but this wasn’t a problem at all. On arrival back to the UK I called to say again we had arrived earlier than expected however the number didn’t answer. So we decided to walk over to valet parking to see if it was possible to get the car. We was an hour and half earlier then the time I said, again it wasn’t a problem for the team. The car was already there waiting for us. Would definitely recommend although it’s slightly more expensive, it took the stress of finding parking and so much closer to the airport when travelling with little ones.”
“Valet parking really good but I took the wrong turning by mistake and went into another meet and great right by it.
And was only in it 1 minute and was charged 5 pounds.
I was one of 5 people who had done that while I was trying to get out to the valet parking.
But your valet system very good and will use it again .

“It is NOT helpful for you to say we should call from the baggage hall , only to find that no one answers the phone. Your receptionist did not apologise when I mentioned it. He just said 'oh, we're busy' without even lookomg at me. Difficult to see how busy he would be at 1.30 am”
