“Well signposted to get there. Some confusion om arrival as there seem to be two seperate companies operating the same service, needs better signage. Perhaps a bit longer walk to the terminal than expected but then Birmingham is very restricted. Otherwise check-in was easy on arrival and the car was available when we got there to collect - minimum time spent at either end.”
