“Quite close to the airport, but still a 3-5min walk, so take trolley bags. Very helpful staff, make sure you know your mileage so you don’t have to go out and join the back of the queue. It would be helpful to have more staff at busy times of the day.”
“Signage on arrival could be a bit better as our satnav took us to the wrong car park and we had to reverse out of a one way system which was not fun before finding the correct location. Maybe 3 minutes walk to the Airport Departure Entrance which seemed good when we arrived but horrible on our return as it was pouring with rain and we got completely soaked making our way back to the car park. It wasn't helped by the fact that we returned to the car park from a different exit door to when we arrived and the return route was not clear due to building works. Efficient staff at check-in but on our return the staff standing outside the office who I thought might have my car keys ready for me asked to see the booking paperwork (which meant opening my rucksack in the rain) before telling me to report to the office so got even more soaked than necessary - most unhelpful. Would be a great service if located next to the Departure entrance. Once you know the issues it could still be a good service but if you're worried about the weather you may be better off using Meet & Greet.”
