“First time I used Valet parking at Birmingham. Didn't really know what to expect. Drop off was no problem. Flew off to Dubai to see relatives. Valet parking out there is completely different. They take your keys and drive your car away. Upon pickup they drive the car to you and hand you the keys. Upon pickup at B'ham I had to sign a form without seeing the car, was handed the keys, told 'the car is in lot 53' and had to go looking for it. And that was it. Quite a difference in the way the customer is treated really”
“Not worth the extra over using the adjacent multi-storey, same distance to drag bags to terminal. Staff are disinterested and don't provide any assistance.”
