“Two main problems with Car Park 5.
1. No indication on arrival which car park spaces are available you have to ride round till you can find a space which can take some time before you can find one, beware of this as it could cause a delay in check in times. APH should give you an allocated space No or an isle No. Spaces very tight for my SUV and car risks damage by other vehicles.
2. Bus transportation from the Park very infrequent to departure drop off we got soaked twice by bad weather waiting for bus and gave up and walked the 20mins to the covered route to departures.”
“From airport as stated a short walk, Great. Parking spaces Great, bus coming back early hours , Great all that I've no complaints, however. Their was damaged done to the passenger side of my vehicle by a car door. Despite this I do think it is a good place at a reasonable price.”
“On our return to Car Park 5 we encountered a problem with our vehicle. We rang APH to notify them that we were having to rely on Breakdown Service to start our vehicle.
APH Service Team promptly came to our rescue within a few minutes and got our vehicle up and running ready to leave. Excellent service. Thank you.”
