“From booking, arriving, to finally leaving Car Park 5, my experience was great. The car park which is secure (camera controlled) is on the airport site (approx 5 minutes walk to the terminal) and is very easy to find. A shuttle bus runs continuously to the terminal and back...most welcome with a suitcase to tow! Thank you APH.”
“Car park is fine but arrived at 4am on a Friday morning in February and waited for the bus to the terminal but it never came. When there were about 20 of us at the bus stop we decided that we had waited long enough and ended up walking to the terminal, not good. Return trip was ok but it was not clear which car park we were in, quite confusing.”
“We travelled on Monday 18 March. After parking we had to wait about 15 mins for a bus (we could not walk due to mobility issues).
Again on our return to UK at 8pm we had to wait 15 /20 mins for a bus. On leaving the car park the barriers did not open and it was 16 mins before they operated correctly. There was a queue of cars at this stage waiting to get out!”
