“We always use this car park and it is usually fine, however on this occasion the bus wait was very long. We waited for 15 minutes, a number 7 bus turned up and the driver stated they were a bus short and he was alternating between 4/5 and 7 car parks. As he had just done 4/5 he said he would be another 25 minutes. We had been travelling since 4:00am. We decided to walk to our car which was painful for me as I have mobility issues. I am still recovering from this walk 2 days later. No the best experience, buses need to be more frequent.”
“We've used it for several years now, it's close to the airport, has good regular bus transfers from several pick up points, there's always plenty of space near to bus stops 4/5/6.”
“The actual car park is easy to find and no issues with getting the bus to the airport. But the return trip.. absolute nightmare! No signs to tell you which bus stop you need to wait at, no information on the email on which bus stop to wait at either. After asking around and then waiting 30 minutes we gave up and walked to the car park.. with 3 large suitcases, a toddler, pram & 3 travel bags. Do not book here if you want a simple return journey.”
